  1. Eh, I thought he was pretty good, but not as good as Christian Bale. Maybe it's just the tone of this incarnation of the character, but Pattinson was just so boring as Bruce Wayne, I thought he did great as Batman. But Bale was great as both, there was really a noticeable difference between his behavior and general demeanor when he's Bruce. That's the whole point of an "alter ego", it's not just a dude wearing a superhero costume. And again, maybe it was just the tone of the movie, I'm not trying to put all the blame on Pattinson, and I'm not even saying he was bad.

  2. John Goodman is great in everything. But if I have to pick one all time great character, it's hands down Walter Sobchak from The Big Lebowski.
