Calling someone from Mexico a Mexican is no different than calling someone from Germany a German, or someone from Texas a Texan. It only has a racial connotation if your entire world revolves around race or ethnicity. That's a you problem.

It's a nationality, and an ethnicity, but there's a lot of vague area when it comes to ethnicity, the people from neighboring countries are also ethnically very similar to Mexicans, and there are a lot of people of mixed lineage between Latin countries. But either way, it's not a race, biologically speaking, the only true "races" are angloid, negroid, and mongloid, meaning white/European, black/African, or Asian. Hispanic people would be considered angloid. Racially speaking, Mexicans are white.

I didn't know most of that, I had never even heard of Menudo and the links with the Menendez murders before I watched it, that shit was crazy. I was a kid when that trial happened, I remember it being a big deal but I didn't really know what it was all about, I thought it was just 2 crazy dudes that killed their parents for the insurance money. I had no idea about their dad's ties to the music industry, and all the allegations against him.

This would be like making a video titled "10 Most Evil Nebraskans", I don't think anyone would think that was representative of all white people, or even all people from Nebraska.   34.  @chipgarrett3139  people call someone from the US "American" because it sounds goofy to call them a United States of American, or US Citizen. So we just say "American" to make it shorter. You can still refer to a Canadian, or a Venezuelan, or a Peruvian as American too, that would be correct, but it's more accurate to refer to them as the country they're from. Calling someone a Mexican only has a racial connotation because of overly sensitive people like you who are guilty about your racism and try to project it onto others so you can feel better about yourself.
