  1. Back to the Future 2 also deserves a "close enough" for predicting the Cubs winning the World Series in 2015, even though it was actually 2016 when they won. But considering it was their first win since 1908, that definitely grants a "close enough", because that was the joke. Making that prediction in 1989 was pretty ridiculous. And they were also playing against Miami, several years before the Florida Marlins became a franchise. And they couldn't play in the World Series, since the Marlins and Cubs are both NL teams, so the fictional Miami team from the movie was presumably in the AL. But again..... Close enough.
