Even my stepmom stopped watching them, it was a sort of tradition with her and my dad, he just got dragged into by heršŸ¤£ but they used to watch everything, Grammys, Emmys, especially the Oscars, they've both always been very conservative but she loves all that kind of stuff. She can't stomach it anymore though, she gave up a few years ago. We can separate the art from the artist, nobody in my family is the type to hate someone for having different political views, but it's gone way beyond that, political messaging has taken the forefront over art and expression, politics is the expression these days.

Honestly, I saw this more as a flex than them actually being legitimately Satan worshippers, and maybe it's both things, but I think they're just trying to trigger all the conservative Christians and puff up their chest, make sure everyone knows they're the dominant cultural force, and they can do whatever they want.
