  3. Stop sugary drinks and just drink water, that's the quickest and easiest way for most people to lose weight. We always think about what we eat, but a lot of times we overlook what we drink.

  4. I've always had a conspiracy theory in my head, that there's some crazy medicines derived from lizards and other reptiles, they just don't let us normies have all that stuff. There's a lot of pretty incredible abilities to heal, avoid infections, alter metabolism, and all kinds of other freaky stuff found within reptiles. Most crocodile species are nearly completely immune to all infections, they can lose an entire limb and just heal, as long as they don't bleed to death. Huge open wound in bacteria riddled water, and they just heal. You can't tell me there aren't medicinal applications for humans there, and you can't tell me scientists that are a lot smarter and well funded than me haven't already researched and applied it.
