I've never wanted to be a girl. I love women, but getting emotional and crying over nonsense, bleeding out of my fun parts for 25% of my life, passing a flesh covered bowling ball through a tennis ball sized opening? No thanks. Love ya, women. I'm glad being a man.

Being dependent on daddy government isn't independent. I'm not saying you're wrong, btw, I'm saying they're wrong about their alleged "independence" and "strength".

Any kid who gets bored in history class is diagnosed with ADHD and given pills these days. I would be more concerned if I have a 10 year old son who does pay attention all the time in class than if he gets bored by boring stuff. Nobody ever asks the teachers why they aren't less boring. We just throw pills at everything.

This is 100% correct, I grew up in the late 80s, early 90s, and I'm trying to imagine telling any adult that I think the system is all BS, and hard work doesn't do anything, meritocracy is dead, trying in life is a losing effort because the system is rigged anyway. I would have been laughed at, and told to grow up. As it should be. Now, those kinds of opinions are applauded by adults, and cultivated and encouraged. They're intentionally grooming generations of demoralized losers who think the world owes them a favor just because they exists.

@AndrewAce. and it never stops, when you become an adult they toss anti depressants at you if you say you're sad when shit sucks, or anxiety meds if you have anxiety during anxiety provoking experiences, or anti psychotics if you get mad at things that are infuriating. Oh and the anti depressants can cause depression, the anti anxiety shit can cause anxiety, and the anti psychotics can lead to psychotic behaviors. But don't worry about it, it's totally legit and you're definitely better off with the pill cocktail for breakfast, don't improve the things that make you sad, don't work on managing your anxiety or anger. Just take the pills, pleb.

@AndrewAce. I have an ex whose mom was a victim of the pharmaceudical cycle. I didn't know her before her dad died, so I can't know with absolute certainty, but I do know that her mom only started taking anti depressants after. And that led to side effects that led to side effects that led to side effects, by the time I knew her she was on about 10 diff medications. And chances are she didn't even need the first one, being depressed because your husband died in his 50s is normal, that's called being human, that's completely different than a chemical imbalance resulting in clinical depression. No pill can fix trauma, she needed time and support, not anti depressants.

@AndrewAce. oh it's a huge problem, I would even go so far as to say it's one of the biggest, most central problems with US societal turmoil. Including but not limited to the bizarre rates of violence we see, that don't line up with other nations that are similar to us in most other ways. We are not similar in our prescription drug consumption. That's the most obvious "X" factor I see.

Dignity and self respect are white supremacy. Probably.

I think it's a thing, but it's definitely not what the left says it is. To me, toxic masculinity is that guy that has to try to flirt with every remotely attractive woman he sees, even if she's clearly not interested, he turns every conversation into an argument, he's easily offended and considers every disagreement a "threat to his masculinity", constantly starting confrontation, constantly trying to posture and be the big man.

@hybridh9702 maybe the fact that the US consumes 75% of the world's pharmaceuticals, despite making up less than 5% of the world's population?
1
@hybridh9702 an easily verifiable claim that you would have already verified in half the time it took you to respond to me, if you actually cared about the truth rather than patting yourself on the back and feeling like you won an internet argument.

@hybridh9702 lmao, you just looked and saw that my claim was correct, didn't you? Also, 66% of Americans are on at least one prescription. Try and find a way to weasel out of saying that's a problem.
