Amazing how many people can't see this. Imagine where medicine would be as a whole if nobody was ever allowed to experiment with different treatments. For a cult that claims to "believe the science", they sure don't seem to understand science.....

Good to see you're doing well Tim, all shitposting about your fence sitting aside, we really do love ya.

It's usually hard to really know who celebrities are so I try to avoid making those judgements. But I've know Rogan was a genuinely good dude since he convinced Brendan Schaub to retire from MMA, that was a truly hard conversation to have with someone you really care about, takes a real man and a good friend to cut the shit and be brutally honest for someone's benefit. Brendan was an outstanding athlete with a lot of natural talent, but he was in the heavyweight division against legit killers with years of training ahead of him. It was coming one day or another, he was gonna get a brutal beat down. Joe may have saved him a serious injury.

@silentbeee even being suspicious gets you labelled as an "anti vaxxer" and even completely unrelated nonsense like the usual "racist" and "fascist" accusations. These people have completely lost their minds. Suspicion and skepticism are at the core of science, and when it comes to medicine there are certain limitations, you don't want to try literally anything just because trying the wrong thing can do more harm than good, but you have to be willing to at least try new things. This is insanity, this is like some 1700s shit when we just decide an ailment is due to demons and we just call in an exorcist and say yep, good enough for me! If it doesn't work, the demons are just too strong.

@Dragonblade722 brought to you by the same people that want to give government the master key for every citizens healthcare. Because that couldn't possibly go wrong.

@stpaul0859 I know one vaccinated person who had it real bad, but she's also not particularly healthy. Other than that most of the vaccinated people I know seem to have more mild symptoms.

Lmao, my morning routine is weird without Timcast. I'm not sure how I feel about that, maybe I need an internet time out.

Always cracks me up how every dummy on the internet knows the real truth about things. Because they heard some other dummy on the internet say it.

@stpaul0859 one other notable outlier is my brother, he isn't vaccinated and had a real mild case, he's also a giant walking vagina that's known to miss several days of work with a cold. So for him to be like eh, it was fine, was extremely weird.

@stpaul0859 I don't think there's some nefarious conspiracy to sterilize people with the vaccine, but there's still obviously political and financial motivations to all of this. I'm still suspicious about it's real efficacy, and more importantly I think it's the shiny object being jingled in the left hand while something else is being done on the right. I think the vaccine is probably safe, maybe not entirely effective, but it's being used to divide the populous and dismiss anyone who asks questions as a "conspiracy theorist", while something completely different is happening in the shadows. Like some kind of worldwide reshaping, or maybe a rebooting of international systems. I can't quite find the words.

@stpaul0859 I mean, I don't think any reasonable person is expecting it to be 100% effective. But it really doesn't seem to be that effective at all. Seems to reduce risk and symptoms, but that's about all, vaccinated people are still getting and spreading the virus at pretty high rates. I think placebo is one of the main efficacies, it makes people feel good in the feels, and feel morally superior to everyone else. Meanwhile the virus is still going strong. We can't stop it. The vaccine definitely helps, but all of the politicization is just meant to create and in group and out group, so stupid people can blame it all on unvaccinated people when really the virus is gonna be here with or without the vaccine. Also keeping in mind we still don't know about any potential long term effects of the vaccine. I'm not saying anything one way or the other, I'm just saying we don't know.
