@Prof_Bort_Yammy I'm not one of those super traditional conservative types, but I do find myself agreeing with them more often than I used to. The whole "moral decay of society" talking points used to make me kinda roll my eyes, like oh calm down, I don't want to be the morality police. But when you look at where we are as a society, it's hard to argue against it. I work for a small family owned kennel, doing boarding and doggie day care, stuff like that, my bosses are Christian conservatives, they're very politically involved and give a lot back to a lot of good causes. And I love it, I sleep good at night knowing that I'm working somewhere that provides a good service, owned and operated by good people. I'm not saying everyone who works at McDonald's or Walmart is a monster, I used to work at McDonald's, but I wish more people actually cared about what their job really stands for, and who is running the business. One person can't really change much about the moral character of our society, but if everyone acted like they could, or hell even about 60% of people acting like they could, we really could make a positive change in that way.

@Prof_Bort_Yammy oh absolutely. I've been talking about it a lot lately, the trans ideology being pushed on kids will be looked back on the same way we look at lobotomies now, like holy hell, they just carved people's brains up and everyone was fine with that!?!?!? And in a lot of cases the lobotomy patients weren't even "crazy", it was just people with chronic stress or anxiety, or any number of other disorders that people just live with in a lot of cases. Barbaric. And that was only half a century ago. We have this delusion that we're civilized now, so much smarter than all those stupid brutes of old days, and every generation feels that way, and every generation is wrong. There's always things we're doing now that future generations will look back on as barbarism. And the sad part is, there were definitely people back then in the moment saying hey, maybe let's not carve people's brains up. Yea? Just like you and I and so many other people are saying right now with what's being pushed by the left. But those people, probably like you and I now, were mocked and ridiculed by the powerful institutions that push this nonsense, and their idiot lemmings that follow everything they say.
