That's not what he's saying, he's just saying he doesn't believe it was hard fraud. Which he has to say to stay monetized. But he openly states that he doesn't think the election was "free and fair", and honestly I agree with Tim's take on that, focusing on fraud is a fool's errand, any reasonable person knows there was almost certainly widespread fraud, but good luck actually finding a smoking barrel there, and even if you do present hard evidence, it's not going to go anywhere because all of the institutions who could prosecute such a thing are in the pocket of the same people who rigged it. Focus needs to be on the illegal procedures that were used for the "legal" votes.

@illuvitarv5 it's easier to prove impropriety through the legal system than it is to prove fraud. Especially considering that even proving fraud won't do much, since there's always some level of voting fraud. You would have to prove that it was significant enough to overturn the election, and that it was done with specific intent. Even if you can do that, it's too late now. Best that can be accomplished at this point is to just stack up a high enough pile of damning evidence of other impropriety that enough normies wake up to what the democrats are doing.
