The problem isn't women expecting men to pay for dates, it's women cherry picking, and expecting to keep the traditions that benefit them, and push for the progress that also benefits them.

Exactly, if you want men to pay for dates, then you should expect to play a more submissive role in a potential relationship with him than I'm sure this woman is willing to do.

@Butterflyyyxoxo I'm engaged, and I don't think we've ever gone out to a $200 dinner, not without quite a few drinks involved. You shouldn't have to spend that much money on a dinner, that's ridiculous. Some women would actually rather go out to a more practical place for dinner, because it shows you don't spend your money on stupid shit.

@friedrichdergroe9664 well, assuming you don't get serious with her, and it's just a "couple of times" kind of thing, $200 is actually a lot cheaper than most hookers. It's like one of those ratty extended stay hotels that all the sketchy people live at for stretches of time😂
