At least if someone ever sarcastically asks if you're a rocket scientist, you can say "yep". So the degree is at least worth something.

@ZESAUCEBOSS same here, I went to The University of Texas San Antonio right out of HS, because that's what you do, you go to college. Plus my then girlfriend was going there, I figured why not? But I had no idea what I wanted to do. I ended up dropping out after 4 semesters, GPA was shit and I lost my grant. So it was just a wasted 2 years.

@ZESAUCEBOSS oof. I broke up with the girl years ago, actually somewhat shortly after we got to college, then we were kinda off and on for a few years. You know that cycle. I'm 39 now, I'm doing.....ok I guess? I'm pretty poor but I get by. Not completing college is not where my life went wrong though, drinking did that to me, I partied too much in my 20s. I don't regret dropping out of college at all, if anything I regret going in the first place.

The internet could potentially break that. That's why the elites are so hellbent on controlling it. If people can learn to do anything online, for free, then companies will eventually catch on to that and stop caring so much if you have a degree. Especially considering how worthless a lot of degrees are these days. Who would you rather have as a mechanic, the kid who's obsessed with cars and has watched every YouTube video imaginable, and can fix anything, or the kid who graduated from a tech school but hasn't actually done anything hands on?

Being a professor can be extremely lucrative, if you're getting paid under the table by China to subvert western culture and indoctrinate teenagers into being self loathing socialists.
