Leftists like Kyle hate poor people too. Look at how they talk about poor rural republican voters, that's how they really feel about all poor people. They just pretend to care about poor urban people because they tend to vote democrat. Fuentes is an idiot, and an asshole, but he's just being honest about what people like Kyle and David Pakman are too cowardly to say.

The left pretends to love poor people for political power. They tap into the anger and resentment of people who just don't work very hard, and tell them it's not their fault, and that it's the "system", so they can use them as unpaid foot soldiers to intimidate middle class people and push far left ideology.

Because this is very common, the US has a lot more economic mobility than most other countries. Being born poor isn't a life sentence. So you tell me, what is the difference?

I've met them. They exist. People really do work out of poverty in the US, you just have to actually work.

@EconomicJustice500 you still haven't answered the question. There's something different about the poor person who stays poor, and the poor person who becomes wealthy. And yes, it absolutely does happen. Not frequently, because it's hard to work to the top. But people do. I've met numerous people who started in construction and now own construction businesses, they make very good money.

The starvation rate is zero, because starvation is so rare there isn't even an official number on it, the only noted cases of people dying from starvation are due to exterior circumstances, like illness that prevents them from digesting food, or being lost in the wilderness. Everyone in the US has enough to survive. You're just being hyperbolic in a dishonest attempt at emotional manipulation. A lot of people survive on the bare essentials, but they're surviving. And this is all despite leftist economic policy absolutely destroying the average quality of life for Americans, we still had a strong enough economy before leftism invaded that people are getting by. We should be doing better. But you're just straight up lying when you say people don't have enough to survive, and you know you're lying. Stop being a liar.

@guccidonbuzzflightyear4440 and people who do work physical labor usually have enough to get by. Construction and HVAC and that kind of stuff usually pays at least $15-20 an hour, and that's if you're just an entry level grunt. You should be able to get by on $15 an hour, if you can't, then the problem is your budgeting, not your pay.

@nerag7459 except I'm not. We have a very clear record of voting patterns. Younger demographics have always skewed left, and older demographics to the right. People very rarely go from right to left as they get older, they almost exclusively go left to right. And obviously a lot of people never change, but it's very clear and inarguable, people will always be more likely to go left to right as they get older.
