We have those things. How about we talk about mental health and pharmacuedicals? Guns have existed for a long time, these kinda of incidents are relatively new, at least on the scale they occur now.

@Black Star and there were no regulations at all in the US in fairly recent history, an 18 could go buy a rifle and walk out with it the same day, no questions asked. And what changed? We became a medicated society. 46% of Americans are on at least one prescription, we consume 75% of the world's pharmacuedicals. I have not seen one single leftist even attempt to address this, not a single one. Maybe you can be the exception.

Do you think it's because of our mental health issues, or do you think that's why we have mental health issues in the first place? I'm genuinely curious to see what you think here, because I don't have all the answers either. But one thing I know with absolute certainty is that all you progressive idiots are looking at this all wrong, you're just trying to get rid of the guns, which not only wouldn't work, but wouldn't solve the underlying problem either. Why do people even want to do these things to begin with?

@MP-db9sw also I don't think building a wall is that important, what we need to do with immigration is just enforce existing law. But of course democrats wont ever let anyone do that, because the cheap labor helps them.

@vicfontaine5130 there's a lot of reasons, medications being thrown at every behavioral problem, even if it's a completely normal behavior for a kid that age, single parent households, leftist culture that promotes shirking off every single form of personal responsibility, as an absolute obsession. Those are the main reasons in my opinion.
