@toxy3580 yea, I know, being wrong is embarrassing when you have such a pretentious attitude towards your incorrect statements and brain dead opinions. It's ok little buddy. You'll get em next time.

@toxy3580 the majority? Really? You sure about those numbers? And again, he stepped down. And if a workplace relationship is interfering with productivity, or is a conflict of interest, an employer absolutely has the right to fire an employee over that. The same as you could be fired for lacking productivity just because you suck, or for having a conflict of interests for reasons other than a romantic relationship.

@toxy3580 well first off, you're verifiably incorrect, just at a glance I saw numbers saying 22% of marriages, another source saying 30% of overall relationships, so unless you're citing some other obscure study that doesn't come up in top searches, and has dramatically different results, that's hardly "the majority", although I will admit that those are higher numbers than I would have thought. And for the 3rd time, he stepped down. He didn't get fired. He chose to leave. He resigned. He did not get fired. He left of his own choice. Do you get this yet? I've already said it 3 times. I don't know how I can put it more plainly for you. So you making a distinction about being fired only because of a relationship isn't relevant, I don't even know what that has to do with any of this.

@toxy3580 he didn't get fired, he stepped down. Regardless of the legality, it's clearly unethical and lead to many conflicts of interest. That being said, it's a little curious why this went on for years, and he chose to step down just now. I'm sure there's something else in play we don't know about yet.

Same here, from what I understand this has been going on for years.
