Corporations are socialism. They're miniature socialist economies living within a bigger capitalist economy.

Businesses were forced to close during the pandemic, they're owed compensation. Nobody forced you to take out a student loan.

I thought "everything is political"? I guess that only applies when your politics is winning?

Businesses make money. 30 year old losers who still live with their parents don't.

@amberlynn5273 doctors and teachers aren't crying to have their loans paid back, because they pay their loans back. Because they're doctors and teachers, not part time Starbucks baristas.

@UniqueBreakfastTaco I really wonder how many of them are just pieces of shit who don't care if they're a massive hypocrite, and how many of them are genuinely so stupid they don't even realize it.

Oh no, someone else isn't going to be forced to pay back loans that you willingly took on? Nooooo.....
1
Difference is forgiving student loans comes at the expense of tax payers, that's not fair because someone who made good decisions shouldn't be forced at the barrel of a government gun to pay for your bad decisions. Someone losing weight doesn't effect anyone else at all, unless you're demanding that tax payers pay for your poor health too. Oh wait.... You're also probably saying that.
1
@oceanside88 everything is someone else's fault, isn't it?
1
@peterroberts4415 if your degree was worth a damn, you wouldn't be crying for someone else to have to pay for it.
1
@MorelloZzT7 of you were contributing to society, then people would be willing to pay for whatever you're contributing, and you wouldn't have to beg for a handout.
1
@justicepunch8758 so make smarter financial decisions. That's not someone else's responsibility.
1
@amberlynn5273 what's the difference between teachers who have to scrub toilets to get by, and the ones who don't? They all make roughly the same salary, right? At least comparable salaries, adjusted for where they live. What are the ones who get by ok doing that the others aren't?
1
@amberlynn5273 no, if people made smarter financial decisions, they wouldn't be begging for handouts. It's not a difficult concept. And I'm not asking you about every individual person's choices, I'm just asking you what you think the difference is between 2 people with the same job, one gets by fine and the other cries about how society should be forced to give them free money. What does the regular person have that the crybaby doesn't? Real question.
1
@JJDon5150 when did I ever say teachers or doctors are overpaid? What in the hell are you even talking about? I'm struggling to find the comment I made that would even remotely suggest that. Jesus Christ leftism is a mental illness, no joke.
1
@amberlynn5273 because it's everyone's tax money, and not everyone is getting it back. That's a handout. Do I get money too? Or am I being penalized because I made better decisions than you?
1
@amberlynn5273 not only that, you're asking for a handout to pay for the first handout you couldn't pay back🤣🤣🤣 the level of entitlement you lefties losers have is truly unbelievable. There's literally nothing in the entire world you would ever take personal responsibility for.
1
@user-sj8ew2ye3v if they're not money hungry, then why are they demanding money?
1
@amberlynn5273 you already proved you're irresponsible when you couldn't pay back the loan, it would be irresponsible to give you anything more.
1
@amberlynn5273 the students. If you borrow money that you can't pay back, you are irresponsible. This is not a difficult concept.
1
@amberlynn5273 lmao, you're quite literally begging for a handout to pay for the handout you can't pay back, and saying it's not going to you. Jesus Christ.
1
@amberlynn5273 how is it "irresponsible" when banks are making millions every second off of stupid and irresponsible people like you? Sure they lose some here and there through unpaid loans, but they make back tenfold through interest. It's not irresponsible, it's predatory, and demanding that the government pay back the money you irresponsibly borrowed just puts more money in the pockets of the same people. It's all a scam, and you're the target demographic. And you're saying I make stupid decisions? I'm not the one begging for money, I'm the one saying stay off my back and stop trying to take my money. I'm doing fine.
1
@dmike3507 nobody was forced to take a loan. That's complete nonsense, and you and I both know it.
1
@chrisking6695 corporations are publicly owned and traded though. Workers absolutely do own the means of production.
1
@davidstansbury9309 so the next republican majority can just extend it more. And then the next democrat majority extends it more. And so on, and so on, until the "supreme" court is 100 justices and has just become another bloated institution that does whatever it's corporate donors tell it to do. Brilliant.
1
How about people just stop taking out loans at outrageous rates of interest?
