There are a whole shitload of laws and regulations that violate the 2nd amendment, that most people don't bat an eyelash at, because public sentiment has been changed over time.

And given your dishonesty in the rest of this thread, I highly doubt the imprisonment of this person you're speaking of is because of what you say, but taking you at face value and assuming you're being honest (you're not), I would be firmly against that imprisonment.

  15.  @ramonserna8089  BLM has set police buildings on fire and barricaded the doors, with officers still inside, they've set off explosives in crowded areas, they've attacked innocent bystanders, sometimes armed, these are not all low level offenses. There is no argument against it, they're a terrorist group. And you're intentionally getting into the weeds of this to avoid the fact that your initial question was dumb as hell, yes I can support someone's right to speech without supporting their speech. If someone tells me they're a Redsox fan, are my only options to either agree with them that the Redsox are great, or call for their arrest? You see how ridiculous that is?

People get arrested at protests all the time for getting rowdy and shit, he didn't get arrested just for protesting. Just like I figured, you're lying. If you go to a protest and get out of hand or police warn you (he was warned 3 times prior to being arrested), you might get arrested. It's not like he's being held without any charges for over a year, like the Capitol protesters. But I'm sure you don't care about that....

You can look this up, it's easy to find. You're knowingly lying about this, and you're doubling down on your lie. Maybe he shouldn't have been arrested, maybe you think they're bogus charges, ok, cool, that's your opinion. But to say that he got arrested just for protesting is a bald faced lie, and you know it's a lie, and you keep repeating it.
