Judges should be non partisan, their job is to interpret the law and make rulings based on that. Legislating laws is for the House and Senate.

It's really so damn dishonest, it would be like if I said that all murder should be legal, and you (obviously) would say no, that's crazy, and then I retort with "oh yea, well what about self defense?" The left did this. Conservatives and liberals used to have a compromise, that abortion is a moral wrong, but there are instances where it can help prevent future wrongs, and that we would never encourage it or act like it's completely fine, but we won't make a federal ban. Modern leftists shit all over that agreement, because there is no compromise with the far left. So you made this bed, it's time to sleep in it.
