  1. It's really not that illegal as is, there's only a couple of states where it's still completely illegal, the majority of states have it at least decriminalized or legal for medicinal purposes. I'm all for legalization personally, but I think a lot of the left is extremely misinformed about current law around it. There's also not "millions of people" locked up for possession, that's complete nonsense, there are hardly any prison inmates that are only serving time for possession, the majority of them took a plea deal on a greater charge or are serving time for a different crime along with possession.
