  4. @jj947  except it's really not at all, candy is pretty harmless in small quantities, porn can be harmful even in small quantities. And most parents limit how much candy their kids can have.

  5. @jj947  require valid ID and credit card info, even for free sites. It isn't bulletproof, kids could still get access to an adult's ID and card. But it would be an extra boundary, and help reduce.
