  2. I'm not so sure, Biden seems alert and coherent for a few minutes at a time, sporadically. The rest of the time he garbles incoherent nonsense and looks like he's 85% asleep. Not necessarily coke, but he could definitely be doing coke for those little moments of alertness. I wouldn't even be a little bit surprised.

  5. What numbnuts would bring their coke to the most heavily secured building in the world and then just dump it? Come on now. I know drug addicts can be careless, and do stupid shit, but the one thing they're typically very careful about is their drugs.
