  1. This is the logical next step in the "it's a private platform, they can do what they like" line of reasoning for people defending big tech censoring people for opinions they don't like. There's a difference between what companies or entities are allowed to do, and what you stand for on principle. When enough people say I don't care about principles as long as my side wins, you get things like people being banned because of their ethnicity or national origin. Hilariously ironic considering it's the people who call everyone who disagrees with them a Nazi.
