@Ryan-093 haven't they only been together for a few months though? I dunno, every situation is different, and I guess it depends on the age of her kids too. But when you're the new boyfriend, I think you're supposed to be pretty passive about inserting yourself into the kids' lives.

@Rob_Cary I feel your pain though, it's rough out there. Laws really need to be changed, marriage and custody courts have been swung so dramatically in favor of women, I completely understand men feeling hopeless and helpless. I fully understand them wanting to just disengage from the entire thing. You just have to find the right person, and that's easier said than done. And don't overcommit, obviously, if you're dating someone for a few months and she's already talking like she wants you to marry her, that's a bad sign. Try to keep things non-legally binding until you feel like you really know her. Or just don't bother with it, I get that too.

Florida is about middle of the pack as far as deaths per capita. Which is actually pretty outstanding considering they're a high population state with the 2nd highest population of people over 65 per capita. You would actually expect them to be around the highest death rates, since the elderly are at the highest risk. It's really not a stretch to say Florida's handling of the pandemic was probably the best of any state, with an asterisk for states like Alaska and Montana that have such small populations there's really not a lot they had to do.

@gameofender4463 the teams are all based out of the US, other than the Bluejays, but the players come from all over the world. And there's no other baseball league that's comparable. Japan and South Korea have good pro leagues, but not nearly as good as the US.

@gameofender4463 and I'm not gonna sit here and try to say one sport is "better" than another, that's all a matter of perspective, they all require their own unique skills and training. Except soccer, that's for sissies that can't throw.

@gameofender4463 if Europeans are such great athletes, wouldn't they win every world cup? And it's pretty sad that the US is even competitive with South American and European soccer teams, considering there are so many good sports Americans play. That's all of your best athletes vs just a portion of our best.

@gameofender4463 ah, I'm just taking the piss outta ya. I think it's funny to talk shit to soccer fans because they usually get all butt hurt about it. I don't personally like soccer, but to each their own. I don't view sports as necessarily "better" or "worse" than others, I just like baseball and MMA personally. You can like whatever you want to like. And comparing a baseball player to a soccer player, to a boxer is all pointless, they do completely different things.

@gameofender4463 I'm not a fan of football, but it's pretty ignorant to say there's little to no strategy or intelligence involved. Even I understand it's not simple, just from a novice point of view. They're not just running and catching the ball, they have to know where they're running to beforehand or it just doesn't work, there's a great deal of precision involved in passing too. And I don't know shit about soccer, because I don't care, but I'm not so ignorant I'm going to pretend like it's easy just because I don't understand it. I get that you're just trying to be annoying on purpose because you need attention, but you're not really making anyone look stupid except yourself.
