People who are born into wealth aren't taking it from anyone else though, if the Kardashians never existed, nobody would magically become rich because of it, poor people would still be poor.

It's sad how this is such a controversial statement, it seems like everyone on the left is actually opposed to hard work, they think they're supposed to be able to just float through life and someone should give them everything they want. It's pathetic. Nothing will make them happy either, no amount of money or wealth, because that's not what they're lacking, what they're really lacking is a purpose.

She's not wrong, the overwhelming majority of people under 30 that I've worked with in my life are completely useless, I would rather train a chimp. At least a chimp wouldn't be such a smartass about not doing shit all day and feeling entitled to more money. But it's still ironic coming from her, I guess you could call what she does "work"??? Maybe? I'm not even really sure what she does. But at least she's not leeching off of someone else, if she got rich off of nonsense, that's not my problem.

So Bernie Sanders is dishonest?

@mookiestewart3776 "allows", so you think someone should decide who's allowed to be rich and who's not? I got news for you little fella, it's not gonna be you who they choose. Ever. In any universe.

@Music-vr7sz brilliant rebuttal.

@BladeoftheImmortal2005 emotion over logic. That's why you're the mark for emotional manipulation, and you probably will be for all of your life.

Neither does any leftist that expects the government to give them free money.

Damn leftists are entitled, it's always gimme this gimme that, and then employers give you something and it's no wait, not like that. I want more and I want it different.

It's based on meritocracy more than it's based on any other single factor. Sure there are people who are rich as hell just because their parents are rich, but their parents had to do something to get rich, or their parents' parents, etc. It's not a perfect system, but it's a hell of a lot better than anything the left has ever proposed, just free handouts to people just because they want it. Yea that's not how life works. You have more control over your own life and success than some invisible entity that's bringing you down, make better choices, fix your own life. The government isn't going to do it for you, and you're not poor because rich people are rich. You're poor because you suck.
