@thealternative9580 Florida has the 2nd highest population of people over 65 per Capita, and also has an extremely high rate of interstate travel, and they still had a death rate around the middle of US states by ranking. I would say they get an A+ with their handling of covid, you can make a strong argument that the response by the Florida government had the best results of any state in the nation based on the numbers and external factors.

@brothersandsistersofvalhalla the word "gay" isn't even mentioned in the bill, "don't say gay" is just make believe propaganda from the left. It's more accurate to call it a "parental consent" bill, because all it's really stating is that parents have a right to know what their kids are being taught in school. The only reason someone would oppose that is if you want to teach kids in appropriate things behind their parents back. Which is why some people are calling it the "anti grooming bill".

@brothersandsistersofvalhalla 181 teachers have been arrested and charged with abuse in the US just this year. That's about one per day. So you're incorrect on the surface. And even in the delusional reality where this isn't happening, what's the problem with the bill, if teachers aren't acting inappropriately towards students? You should have nothing to worry about.
