  1. It's not illegal to yell fire in a crowded theater. The only way that would be illegal is if it can be proven in court that you had absolute knowledge that there was no fire, which is pretty damn hard to prove. Otherwise you could just say you thought there was a fire, and everyone would call you a dick, rightfully, but no legal action would be taken against you.
