  3.  @akmal94ibrahim  yes. Capitalism doesn't skim anything off the top, because capitalism means the government stays out of the market. Nobody skims anything off the top of anything, because everyone is free to earn what people are willing to pay them, and pay what people are willing to charge them. It's obviously a chaotic system if carried to it's extreme, but that's what capitalism means, it means everyone can capitalize on anything that anyone else is willing to let them capitalize on.

  4.  @akmal94ibrahim  skimming in capitalism is completely voluntary, meaning if you can find someone else that doesn't skim, you're welcome to try that market, and if nobody is willing to let you skim, then you aren't providing a service. The government doesn't act. This is not a complex concept.
