  1. No, it's quite the opposite, he's saying that the attorney shouldn't use loaded language like that which can sway a jury. It would be like a prosecutor referring to an accused murderer as a murderer, repeatedly, they're not there to label him that, they're there to determine if he is in fact a murderer.

  2. Aside from the fact that they attacked Kyle, and are not victims, even if you're stupid and you don't know that reality is a thing that exists, that's what this trial is for. To determine whether or not they were victims. They clearly weren't. But that's why the judge objected to them being called victims.
