@ConradNeill it's the same logic as the OP. It's not logic. We don't write laws because of how it effects the person breaking the law, we write them because of how it effects other people.

If you don't agree with theft, just don't rob anyone. If you don't agree selling drugs to kids, just don't sell drugs to kids. If you don't agree with murder, just don't murder anyone. See how this logic is flawed?

@Mathew-8896 yes, law abiding citizens should have the right to own guns, because criminals don't care about the law. I'm not seeing the problem with this logic, because that is a very logical argument, and it has nothing to do with abortion at all.

@Tola5657 there would never be a bill for a federal ban if it were left up to the states. I really don't understand why leftists can't understand this concept, there's nothing difficult about it.
