@dontbanmebrodontbanme5403 the initial medical expert determined that it was an overdose, but that didn't fit the narrative, so they found a different "expert" to give them the results they wanted.

@DaveSchultzXXL yep, and any halfway competent judge would have declared a mistrial due to jury intimidation. This has effects that are broader than this trial alone, not only was a man wrongfully convicted, but it sent a message to the entire country, that intimidating juries works.

@Ali-s9r3z there was a guy in NY a few years ago that committed 3 separate homicides in less than a year, and was convicted and released early on all 3 separate counts. So yes, absolutely.

@halfdeadedlifereturningwit3420 it was an overdose, he likely would have died even if he had no encounter with police. He could have keeled over while he was driving and hurt someone else.
