Precious metals do retain their value pretty consistently. Whatever ad you saw is probably still some kind of grift from some particular company, but the general idea of investing in gold or silver still isn't a bad idea if you have money to invest.

You're absolutely right. And the beauty of the constitution, and American patriotism is that we can question our government, and we can change things if they're not working right. But there's a process, we don't throw the baby out with the bath water. If something needs to be changed we have amendments for that. You can love your country and still acknowledge it's not perfect, that's why we work together to make it better. But all these people on the left don't love the country, they hate it. Yet they're still here, talking about how much better every other country is.

According to the numbers I found, about 5% of Americans work 2 jobs. This is just an empty talking point I see leftists repeat constantly, as though it's far more common than it is. It's actually pretty funny, it exposes how detached you are to the reality of the working class. Most of you are broke losers who still live at home in your late 20s and don't have to worry about paying bills because your parents still do all of that for you.
