  4.  @ThomasHDBass  and the federal minimum does increase periodically, but that doesn't solve any problems, it's just a temporary alleviation. Anyone with the economic knowledge of a half retarded chimpanzee knows that. The real problems are much deeper than an imaginary number on a piece of paper.
