  1. Nope. It can start, and fail, and the other states will say oh yea that's right, leftists are stupid. And it will fizzle out from there. Which is precisely the reason the US is a constitutional republic, because the founding fathers knew that leftists are stupid, and will inevitably destroy any society they latch onto like the undersea vermin they are.
