Let's be real, the way things are looking right now, Trump and DeSantis are the only serious candidates. I'm sure the establishment will bend over backwards to prop up Pence, but most Republican voters won't have any of that. A lot still remains to be seen until then, but something really substantial would have to happen for that to change.
