  1. They can't all be winners. No large scale investor has a 100% success rate, that's not how the business world works. If it worked that way, everyone would be an investor. Trump is far more successful than most.

  2. Nobody is suggesting that "self made" means they did it all by themselves, with no help from anyone, at any time, that's a ridiculous straw man. Self made just means they generated wealth that they were not born into, and both Trump and Musk absolutely did generate much more wealth than what they were born into. That is a fact, whether progressives want to admit it or not.
