@justanotheropinion5832 calling it a constitutional right because of bodily autonomy is as dishonest as saying murderers have a constitutional right to exercise bodily autonomy by using their body to kill someone else's body. Get a better argument.

@justanotheropinion5832 it's a completely fair comparison, because it's no longer just your body when there's another body inside of you. That's why murdering a pregnant woman is considered a double homicide.
