  13. A guy came into my work with a "Let's Go Brandon" shirt yesterday, I told him nice shirt and we had a little chuckle. It's unbelievable our society has gotten to that point. And I've always tried to avoid politics in mixed company like work or a bar or anything like that where you don't really know everyone. It's just not polite. But I don't care anymore, being impolite is the least of our worries when the left is doing what they're doing.

  14. Yep, I've lived in Houston most of my life, save for 5 years I lived in San Antonio. Texas is the best place on earth, but I don't know what the hell Austin is. It doesn't even make sense. It's completely unrecognizable compared to the rest of Texas.

  18.  @marty8722  yea it's pretty crazy, I'm 38, so I remember when the internet was just a thing that was on your computer in one room of the house, and you only used it for a little while at a time because it blocked the phone line when you're on it. It was hardly something people depended on for every day activities, it was just a luxury for when you weren't doing anything else. I don't think it's a coincidence that society has lost its marbles in the years since.

  25. I think everyone has had that feeling in a microcosm, and it's not great. Maybe you know some terrible news but for whatever reason you can't tell anyone right this second, you have to sit on it until something else. I hate that feeling. I can't even imagine living my whole life like that. That's why these people are so unhinged and volatile, fly off the rails at the slightest little thing. Guilty conscience, 24/7.

  27. I remember when James Harden was criticized for his defense, and he just kinda laughed and said that he was paid to score points. I can't even imagine someone with that attitude being a star in MLB, obviously some guys are better at defense than others, but it's unacceptable to be terrible at defense and just be totally fine with that, unless you're a full time DH, and even then I've always kinda looked down on most of those guys. It's not like getting better at defense will make you worse at offense, they're professionals making millions of dollars, it shouldn't be asking a lot for them to practice at the things they're lacking to try to become a more well rounded player.

  33. I have an ex girlfriend that had 2 abortions before she had her daughter. And she's an emotionally broken, evil person. I should have seen the warning signs going into the relationship, and I don't know whether she's broken because of the abortions, or had the abortions because she was already broken, maybe a little bit of both, but my main takeaway is that's a deal breaker for me in the future, any women who's had an abortion isn't the woman for me.

Biden sucks, and it's hilarious how he bumbled over his words and sounded so stupid, as is usual, but it's not like he was just randomly calling some guy a negro, he was trying to say that he was a great Negro League player, before he was a Major League Player. And was actually a great Major Leaguer too, despite being in his 40s when he came to the majors.
