There actually was a league called "The Negro League" before MLB desegregated, Satchel Paige played most of his career there. Biden sucks, and it's hilarious how he bumbled over his words and sounded so stupid, as is usual, but it's not like he was just randomly calling some guy a negro, he was trying to say that he was a great Negro League player, before he was a Major League Player. And was actually a great Major Leaguer too, despite being in his 40s when he came to the majors.
