  2. ​ @scratthesquirrel5242 which from my understanding is very uncommon, given that I don't really give a damn about the olympics. But I've talked to people who do give a damn, and they've told me they almost always give new events 2 chances, which makes sense, sometimes a new sport bombs the first time just because nobody knows about it, but people that do watch it might like it and pass it around via word of mouth, so a lot of times it ends up doing a lot better the 2nd time and catching on. Breakdancing was so bad they're just kinda like nah this one ain't catching on🤣

  3. For real, like when American Idol first started, and people got famous from being hilariously terrible. I think a few of them even released albums, because they dug into the fact that they were terrible, and made lemonade out of terrible lemons.

  4. Reminds me of that dumbass insurance commercial from years ago, where some guy sees a guy juggling chainsaws, and he's like "give me one! I got this!" Because saving money on your insurance can give you an overload of confidence.

  5.  @prac2  all that said she's actually kinda cute, and I respect her hustle. She knows exactly what she's doing. It's ridiculous, and makes her seem like the dumbest jackass that's ever lived, but that's actually the people who support her.
