  3. Just drink water. That's the easiest way to start losing weight, a lot of people (probably damn near 100% of obese people) drink way too much soda and other sugary drinks. If you just switch to only drinking water, you'll lose weight almost immediately. And that can often be the motivation people need to start making more positive changes.

  4.  @xandror  that's a lot harder though, I meant more for people who have trouble even getting started on the right path. Changing your eating is hard, changing what you drink is actually pretty easy. And for some reason we don't think about that so much as we think about what we eat, when it comes to health. Absolutely you should cut out sugars as much as possible, if you really want to be healthy, but just cutting out soda and sugary drinks is a much easier launching point.

It was hilarious, because a lot of girls liked him, we would have girls over all the time asking if he was single, good looking girls, I would just laugh and say you're not his type. Of course they would get all pissy with me I'm like no no no, I'm not saying you don't look good, I'm saying he's into a different "body style"🤣

  7.  @xandror  true, there's no easy way. I guess it depends on the person, their motivation, their will power. For some it might be best to take a baby step first and gradually work towards living healthier, for others it might be best to just go all in and dramatically change everything. One thing is for sure though, the left's idea of coddling everyone and telling them it's completely fine to be a giant land whale, and it's actually "society" that has a problem is not the way. They know that though, the thought leaders on the left arent trying to help anyone, they're trying to control them.
