  1. It reminds me of that repeated scene from Walk Hard, where Dewey keeps catching Sam and a bunch of other people doing drugs, and Sam tries to convince Dewey he "doesn't want none of this shit", except he makes a more convincing argument for why the drug is awesome than for why it's bad🤣

  2.  @user-nh3gu1ge3d  I was going to comment the same thing. They actually use this argument unironically, like how they do every time a socialist thought leader gets exposed spending a shitload of money on nonsense. They say it's ok because they're "influencing" people. They're quite literally saying "I don't care what you do, I only care what you say".
