  1. I've always been curious how people get into fields like gynecology and proctology, and I completely understand that it's necessary, but I also have to be a little suspicious of anyone who had that as their first choice in med school. And I wouldn't really want a doctor that had to settle for a 2nd or 3rd choice career either, but if someone WANTED to be an ass doctor, that's a little weird.
