  1. I really wish we could bury the "Pete Rose should be in the Hall of Fame" argument once and for all, he agreed to a lifetime ban from Major League Baseball. Period. Argument is dead. You can argue that what he did wasn't that bad, sure, you can argue his on field accomplishments still deserve recognition, sure, I fully agree with that part, but he should not ever be in the Hall of Fame, he willingly accepted a lifetime ban. End of story.
