  1. That lady thinks asians have poor customer service because she's an asshole, and most asian business owners don't mess around with that crap. "The customer is always right" is an American concept, if you go into an asian business and start giving them attitude, and barking orders at them, they will not hesitate to tell you to take a hike and let the door hit you on the way out.
