  3. I personally love their make believe talking point that "you can't claim self defense if you're in the act of committing a crime". Nevermind the fact that Kyle wasn't committing a crime, let's just set that aside for now, what they're basically saying is that if you see someone jaywalking, you can just attack them. And if they try to fight back, you're the victim. This is leftist "logic".
