If they had a more rational approach, like "hey, I was young and naive, and these predatory loans were over my head at the time. Let's discuss some solutions to prevent young people in the future from making the same mistakes, and maybe some solutions about alleviating some existing debts and freezing interest rates", then I think more people would be sympathetic towards them. But no, they're leftists, so their approach is just "nothing is my fault, give me free stuff, I'm so super smart and it's not my fault because nothing is ever my fault."
