Landlords should have the right to rent to anyone they want to, it's your property, if you want to deny someone a lease because they have a stupid face or they like the Redsox, then that's your right. Generally not good business to turn paying customers away for no good reason, but people have the right to make poor business decisions too.

Shit you shouldn't even have to have a justification, maybe it's just someone you've seen around the neighborhood that you don't trust for some reason, maybe it's someone you saw eating pistachio ice cream. That's disgusting, I wouldn't want a pistachio ice cream eating monster living on my property.
