I also think he's too stupid to really articulate why she was wrong about the selectively highlighted stats she was throwing out there, that he knew she was wrong, and only highlighting a completely meaningless metric, but he knew if he tried to explain it he would sound like an idiot, because he's an idiot. He's also a giant walking lady part, but you could tell he did want to push back harder.

  5. It's really pretty simple, he surrendered. That's it. A lot of these incidents are a sort of suicide by cop, the shooter was always going to die, that was the point. They just wanted to take out as many innocent people as possible before they have a standoff with police. If you surrender, the police are probably not going to kill you, no matter how horrific of a crime you just committed. This is completely consistent with nearly every mass school shooting too, if they have a standoff with police, they will be killed, if they surrender, they'll be taken into custody.

  8. Yea I've been in holding in a small town, and the guards went to get us Sonic. In the city they give you those bullshit baloney sandwiches with one piece of baloney and a mustard pack. You don't get real food until you get into the county cells. And by "real food" I mean not baloney sandwiches. It's not much better. It's like high school cafeteria food if all the lunch ladies are hung over.

  17. I still view individuals as individuals. There's good and bad people in every demographic, I'm never going to blame a decent black person for what shitty people who look like them do. But on a broader, societal scale...... Yes you're definitely not to blame if you stay away from those sides of town.

Especially when you consider the stat she threw out actually helps solidify the fact that blacks disproportionately target whites, because the numbers of black and black and white on white homicide are comparable, but black on white homicide is more than double white on black homicide. If there was no racial component, the interracial numbers would track at least comparably, but they're wildly disproportionate, if blacks are killing whites at more than twice the rate of the other way around, and at about the same rate as they kill each other, you're pretty hard pressed to come up with an explanation other than racial targeting.
