Yes, and it's gotten so good with steering that active phased array that you can drive a motor home with a Starlink antenna around and it still maintains the connection! I remember when those were new & the US DOD built those giant cold war versions....huge cement cubes with one face covered with little metal antennas....or like the USSRs "woodpecker" (Duga) near Chernobyl....

I'm amazed at how well LTE can work - we live about 7 miles from the SINGLE cell antenna available (nowhere near line of sight) in a rural location in northern California, and while it's often spotty, we can still make calls and watch YouTube videos. To me it's downright miraculous. Of course 5G doesn't work out here, but I'm grateful for what we have. But I can imagine what working out problems in crowded urban locations must be like....so many carriers, thousands of provider antenna farms, and gazillions of smart phones interfering with each other 24/7 - you must be very busy indeed....thank you!

I'm just waiting for terahertz transmitters in our phones that give the strong sensation of burning under the skin like those antiriot machines built by the US Army. 😊. ;*[}. Also affected by that darned inverse square law.. And antennas are another black art...I didn't know that some antennas use fractal shapes....
