  1. Probably already comnented on, but diphenhydramine was measured in nanograms per milliliter of blood, not just milliliters. This converts to 0.375 mg per liter, which isn't a massive quantity, as the average dose of diphenhydramine is 25 mg. (a copy of the autopsy is online).
