  1. I think this probably applies to a good auto parts store also (talking about your comment on buying from Home Depot being safer), but at least the brand name fuses, etc should be within spec....right? You know, when stores did this kind of thing I used to contact the BBB ( remember the Better Business Bureau?) and I got great help from them, but I guess they don't touch outfits like Amazone.
